    Managing the invisible: understanding and improving groundwater governance

    Description
    This report introduces groundwater as a resource and describes the important role of groundwater in the domestic, industrial and agricultural water supply. It highlights some key challenges to this supply, including climate change and excessive abstraction, and goes on to make a number of suggestions for policies and governance strategies that would safeguard this critical supply of water.
